Therefore, SEENAPB supports the efforts of its member, ANEM, to secure sound conditions for the work of the electronic media in Serbia, harmonize media legislation with that of the international community, with consideration for the voice of the involved stakeholders and media organizations, as well as the general public.

BELGRADE, September 16, 2005 - The Association of Independent Electronic Media (ANEM) calls on the appropriate authorities, particularly the Interior Ministry and the Culture and Information Ministry, to protect the journalists and editor of Radio OK.

Na to se nadovezuju kontrolirani mediji (ANEM), preko kojih je vodio, ispostavilo se, uspješno, antisrpsku kampanju.

ANEM continues to insist on the affirmation of free, independent and professional broadcast operations in the service of the public interest, on the creation of a better legal framework for the functioning of electronic media and on the development and improvement of media policy and legislation.

ANEM demands a full, energetic and efficient investigation by the authorities to find and penalize perpetrators, demonstrating this way the readiness of the government to protect Anastasijevic and his family and freedom of expression in general.

As various comments continue to fly on the current public competition for the allocation of broadcasting licences, ANEM will insist that the law be applied consistently.

ANEM will present proposals in this matter to the appropriate bodies and to the public.

ANEM is also concerned with the fact that, although the attack occurred after the show, where one of the guests was also a member of the Broadcast Agency Council, a regulatory body for broadcasting in Serbia, there was no reaction from the Agency.

The condemnatory reaction of the Serbian government is a step towards the right direction; however, ANEM urges the authorities to take more active measures, governed by the full sense of importance of the freedoms of expression and media for democratic processes in society.

Od 1969, izraz " Anem a Mestalla " (Idemo na Mestallu), je bio čest izraz među navijačima, počeo je padati u zaborav.

Ja sam vodio Asocijaciju nezavisnih elektronskih medija, ANEM, u kojoj je bilo više od 60 radio i TV stanica koje smo povezali satelitskim programom.

Mreža ANEM-a praktički je bila kičma pokreta otpora i mirnog marša na Beograd koji se završio mirnim svrgavanjem s vlasti Slobodana Miloševića.

Nevena je započela svoju karijeru kao direktor prodaje, marketinga i komunikacija u IREX u, Anem u i Velefarmi.

Inače, iz svih ovih " zapadnih " dokumenata, koji su navedeni na kraju ovoga članka, mogu jasno da se vide financijske transakcije zapadnog prljavog novca (samo u periodu 2000 - 2002 za potrebe B92, ANEM-a i NUNS-a, Soros zaklada je isplatila preko 12 milijuna eura).

ANEM notes that the serious, arbitrary and quite sweeping accusation of the Justice Minister aimed at the reporting of Radio Boom 93 is an obvious example of unacceptable and unlawful pressuring of a broadcaster and limiting of freedom of public information.

ANEM calls on media and journalist associations and the entire democratic public to show solidarity with the journalists and editor of Radio OK and urges the appropriate state institutions to use their authority without delay to guarantee the safety of these journalists and ensure that Radio OK is able to work without hindrance.

Asocijacija nezavisnih elektronskih medija (ANEM) pobunila se protiv donošenja ovog pravilnika bez ikakvog kontakta sa zainteresovanim emiterima i tražio od Vlade Srbije da uskrati saglasnost na njega i vrati ga RATEL-u na doradu

On this occasion the Association also presented, for the first time, individual and company awards for contributions to the media sector and the role of the media in the development of the civil society, for maintaining the mission and vision of ANEM and advancing its position in the media market while honouring the standards and principles advocated by the Association.

The award for the greatest individual contribution went to ANEM lawyer Slobodan Kremenjak, while City Radio in Nis took the company award.

After a period of chaos in the media sphere which saw a freeze on membership of the organisation, ANEM today admitted fourteen new broadcasters as members, ushering in a new era of membership growth.

ANEM in future will particularly focus on the problems of companies broadcasting in the languages of minority communities with services tailored to securing their survival and development.
