Albinijevim hvalospjevima nije odolio niti njegov prijatelj Corey Rusk, vlasnik kultne čikaške etikete Touch Go za koju Nina snima izvrsne The Blackened Air i Run To Ruin albume, a 2006. pak potpisuje za Fat Cat Records koji u idućih godinu dana izdaje On Leaving, a zatim i You Follow Me, album snimljen u duetu s australcem Jimom Whiteom, bubnjarem legendarnih Dirty Three.

Paralelno s preuzimanjem svog materijala, bend je osnovao kuću " Blackened Recordings " koja će biti dom svih njihovih audio i video izdanja, te marketinških i promotivnih aktivnosti.

Metallica je prošli tjedan najavila i pokretanje vlastite izdavačke kuće Blackened Recordings, čime su postali najveći indie bend na svijetu.

Spajanjem death metala i crusta stvorili su svoj vlastiti podžanr " blackened crust ".

IN SOLITUDE, moderni heavy metal čarobnjaci iz Švedske svoje će umijeće i veliki potencijal prezentirati na Puntamiki, brutalnu kombinaciju death metala i hard-corea predstavit će META-STASIS, ništa manje ekstrema nećemo pronaći niti u nastupu blackened/death metalaca HERFST, a mračniju verziju heavy metala s karakterističnim njemačkim osjećajem za melodiju prezentirat će MOONCRY.
