Komercijalni zračni prijevoz (Commercial Air Transport): prijevoz putnika/tereta/pošte uz novčanu naknadu. 6. Komponenta (Component): bilo koji motor, elisa, dio ili uređaj. 7. Kontinuirana plovidbenost (Continuing Airworthiness): svi procesi koji osiguravaju da, u bilo koje vrijeme u svom radnom vijeku, zrakoplov udovoljava važećim zahtjevima za plovidbenost i u stanju je za sigurno izvođenje operacija. 8. Mali zrakoplov (Small Aircraft): zrakoplov klasificiran kao zrakoplov s najvećom dopuštenom uzletnom masom (Maximum Take-Off Mass MTOM) manjom od 2 730 kg, uključujući motorne jedrilice, jedrilice, mikrolake zrakoplove, ovjesne jedrilice, motorne parajedrilice, parajedrilice i balone. 9.
