Zaključci Kongresa su sljedeći: 1. Bez poduzetnog fizioterapeuta, nema uspješne fizioterapije. 2. Poduzetništvo u fizioterapiji u gospodarskom smislu je nužnost (zbog broja korisnika koji vape za učinkovitom fizioterapijom, ali i ukupnog broja fizioterapeuta koji se nude na tržištu rada). 3. Granice poduzetništva su utvrđene profesionalnim standardima i etičkim kodeksom. 4. HZF nastavlja s projektom izrade Vodiča za kliničku praksu koji će sadržavati i profesionalne standarde (definicija fizioterapije i fizioterapeuta, kompetencije fizioterapeuta te pomoćnog osoblja u fizioterapiji, etički kodeks, minimalne uvjete glede prostora, kadrova i opreme za obavljanje djelatnosti fizioterapije, kliničke algoritme). 5. Fizioterapija u Hrvatskoj treba postati briga svih fizioterapeuta. 6. Fizioterapeut treba istovremeno razumjeti i organizaciju i praktični rad sa pacijentom/klijentom te se očekuje i njegov doprinos u razvoju jednog i drugog. 7. Želimo fizioterapiju kao modernu profesiju koju stvaramo kroz svoj rad i kroz odgovarajući pristup orjentiran pacijentu. 8. Timski rad je kreativno djelovanje svih fizioterapeuta u jednoj skupini. 9. Nije dovoljno imati grupu ljudi s vođom već je potreban doprinos svakog pojedinca, njegovo aktivno sudjelovanje. 10. HZF ima osnovnu ulogu okupiti fizioterapeute svjesne odgovornosti u izradnji profesije. 11. Zakon je prvi korak od struke k profesiji (dakle, nužan je) HZF će aktivno participirati u njegovoj kreaciji na tragu prijedloga. 12. Komora je sljedeći korak (kao model koji je uobičajen u Hrvatskoj) u stvaranju Zakona o Komori i ostalim propisima HZF će surađivati s partnerskim organizacijama te nuditi rješenja i poduprijeti prijedloge na tragu HPC (Health Profession Council).
