Special permits for bus services mentioned in Article 3 of this Agreement shall be issued on the basis of applications submitted by carriers to the competent auhority of the Contracting Party in whose country the bus has been registered.

(1) This Agreement shall enter into force thirty days after the deposit of the fifth instrument of ratification.

The signatiories to this agreement certify that security measures and arrangements for both the port facility and the ship during the specified activities meet the provisions of chapter XI-2 and Part A of Code that will be implemented in accordance with the provisions already stipulated in their approved plan or the specific arrangements agreed to and set out in the attached annex.

3. This Agreement enters into force on the firs day of the second month following the date on which the last diplomatic note mentioned in paragraph 2 of tih Article is received.

1. The competent authorities of the two Contracting Parties shall regulate all questions regarding the implementation and the application of this Agreement.

(a) The Appendix to this Agreement;

(3) Differences which may arise in practice over the interpretation of the terms used in this Agreement or in any subsequent agreement called for in implementation of the Annexes to this Agreement may, additionally, be referred at the initiative of any State concerned to binding expert solution, conducted by a single expert (who shall not be a national of any party to this Agreement) to be appointed by agreement between the parties in dispute or, in the absence of agreement, by the President of the Court of Conciliation and Arbitration within the OSCE.

(3) The first formal meeting of the Standing Joint Committee shall be convened, at the initiative of the Government of the Republic of Macedonia, within two months of the entry into force of this Agreement.

The Committee may meet informally, and on a provisional basis, at any times convenient to the successor States after the signature of this Agreement.

In order to facilitate implementation of this Agreement, and to enable making appropriate decisions based on the Agreement, competent authorities of the Contracting Parties shall form a joint committee of representatives of competent authorities of the Contracting Parties.

The joint committee mentioned in article 15 of this Agreement is authorized to add addition items to the list given in paragraph 1 of this article, and may allow, for a limited period of time, the transport of goods between the two countries and in transit through their territories, without any permit.

(2) Instruments of ratification shall be lodged as soon as possible with the Depositary identified in Article 13 of this Agreement.

The Contracting Parties agree that the Agreement between Governments of Yugoslavia and Albania on international road transport of goods, signed on April 11 1969. in Tirana, will cease to be applied in the relations between the Republic of Croatia and the Republic of Albania, after entry into force of this Agreement.

For all matters, which are not regulated by the provisions of this Agreement or those of international conventions to which the two countries are parties, operators and drivers of vehicles of one Contracting Party are bound to respect the legal provisions and regulations of the other Contracting Party, when they are driving in the territory of the latter.

If an operator of one Contracting Party, when in the territory of the other infringes any provision of this Agreement, the competent authority of the Contracting Party in whose territory the infringement was committed, may, without prejudice to any lawful sanction applicable in its own territory, inform the other Contracting Party of the circumstances of the infringement.

According to this agreement, the socialist will lead the parliament for the first half of the five-year legislature while the EPP leader Hans-Gert Poettering takes over in the second half

The Annexes to this Agreement and the Appendices to the Agreement and Annexes are an integral part of the Agreement.

The amount and the possibility of exemption from the tax reffered to in paragraph 1 of this article, shall be defined by the joint committee mentioned in article 15 of this Agreement.

Application for the Kingdom of the Netherlands With respect to the Kingdom of the Netherlands, this Agreement shall apply only to the teritory of the Kingdom in Europe.

The international transport of goods by road in accordance with this Agreement shall be subject to requirements of the Convention on the International Transport of Goods ' under cover of TIR Carnets and/or national laws and regulations.

The Annexes to this Agreement shall form an integral part thereof

1. Independently of the revision procedure provided for in article 13, any Contracting Party may propose one or more amendments to the Annexes to this Agreement.

The Secretary-General may also propose amendments to the Annexes to this Agreement for the purpose of ensuring concordance between those Annexes and other international agreements concerning the carriage of dangerous goods

1. Any contracting Party may denounce this Agreement by so notifying the Secretary-General of the United Nations

1. This agreement shall enter into force one month after the date on which the number of countries mentioned in article 6, paragraph 1, which have signed it without reservation of ratification or have deposited their instruments of ratification or accession has reached a total of five.

Save as other wise specifically stated in a super ceding document, the project administrator of PARTY A, shall maintain general administration and management of this contract on behalf of PARTY A and all correspondences relating or pertaining with this agreement should be made, forwarded, addressed to same

Early in our relationship, one of the things that we agreed to do in social situations was to occasionally make eye contact with each other throughout the evening. For us, creating and following through on this agreement built trust between us and helped dissolve the jealousy issue before it became a bigger problem

This agreement was however criticised by the Liberal and Democrats group leader Graham Watson, who described it as " an unnatural " alliance

2. In the event of the conclusion of a worldwide agreement for the regulation of the transport of dangerous goods, any provision of this Agreement which is contrary to any provision of the said worldwide agreement shall, from the date on which the latter enters into force, automatically cease to apply to relations between the Parties to this Agreement which become parties to the worldwide agreement, and shall automatically be replaced by the relevant provision of the said worldwide agreement
