In the context of rights within the compulsory health insurance, working half-time of the full working time on the basis of the Benefits Law has an impact on the entitlement to wage compensation under the Compulsory Health Insurance Law (Official gazette No. 150/08, 04/09, 153/09, 71/10, 139/10, 49/11, 22/12, 57/12, 90/12 Decision of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Croatia, 123/12 and 144/12 hereinafter: " ZOZO "), and for the remaining working time during which the insurer is not capable to work due to the use of sick leave.
